Electro TMT Plus Reinforcement Bars are produced through a unique and fully-integrated manufacturing process that utilizes optimum technique and quality check-points at every stage. These Bars possess an unbeatable combination of strength, ductility, superior weldability as compared to the minimum limits specified by IS : 1786 standards. The bars’ superior weldability means that these bars can be butt welded or lap welded with ease and without any loss of strength at the welded joints.
Electro TMT Plus Bars are hot rolled from continuous cast Billets at the state-of-the-art composite Steel Plant comprising of Sponge Iron Kilns, Induction Melting Furnace, Ladle Refining Furnace, Continuous Casting machines and 1,50,000 TPA Rolling Mill with A.C. variable drives with 24 Channel Spectrometer and state-of-the-art physical testing laboratory.
